Maurice Edwin Moore III concentrates on investing in and developing real estate projects in his capacity as principal of WindRidge Real Estate, LLC, located in Dallas. Prior to establishing WindRidge, Maurice Edwin Moore III cofounded Hunter Equity, through which he completed projects for such prominent clients such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, and Dollar General. He also spent five years as a real estate broker with the Stratford Group before establishing the Trey-Moore Development Company in 1997.
Apart from his professional responsibilities, Mr. Moore supports various nonprofit organizations, including the American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, and Boy Scouts of America. Further, he donates to such community groups as the Leakey Volunteer Fire Department and Friends of the Library Association of Leakey, Texas. A longtime resident of Texas, he graduated with an undergraduate degree in marketing from Texas Tech University and continues to contribute to his alma mater’s Scholarship Fund.
